The return of cosmetics is usually governed by the terms and conditions set by our online cosmetics store
To qualify for warranty service you will need:
Bring the item you bought from us back to the store, or contact us online
Provide a receipt for the purchase
Your warranty is void if:
To be able to return cosmetics, it is usually required that the product be in its original packaging, and not damaged
If the deadline for the return of the product has passed, the store may refuse to accept the product
If the product was damaged by the buyer, it may also not be accepted back
Items purchased at a discount may sometimes be excluded from the possibility of a refund
